MIS was founded in 1998 as a small home base broker business by Mr. Forkum Gordon SAMA as a sole proprietor. MIS became a sole proprietorship in January 2003, but due to the rapid growth which came along with very demanding volumes to be handled, the company was transform to a Private Limited Liability company in August 2006
